PawSox Still Lead Lehigh Valley Through Four

The PawSox still lead the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, now by a 2-1 score, after four innings.

PawSox starter David Pauley is now out to begin his fifth inning of work.

Despite holding the Iron Pigs scoreless through three innings, many of Pauley’s outs were hit hard. Lehigh Valley got on the board off him in the top of the fourth, on a long homer to right by catcher Jason Jaramillo.

On the other side of the field, Iron Pigs starter Brian Mazone settled down after giving up two runs in the first. He has struck out 8, inclduing six in a row, giving up only one hit after the first inning.

Brandon Moss is the early hitting star for Pawtucket, going 2 for 2 with one RBI
