Bisons Still Ahead 4-2 Through Six

The Bisons still lead the PawSox, 4-2 after six innings.

The PawSox cut into the lead on a solo home run to left by Keith Ginter in the sixth. Ginter is 3 for 3 so far this afternoon.

Dan Kolb has pitched two scoreless innings for the PawSox.

Bisons’ starter Jeremy Sowers was solid but failed to pitch the requisite number of innings to earn the win. He was pulled after going 4 2/3, giving up one run, four hits, striking out six and walking one. He threw 92 pitches, 61 for strikes. He was replaced by nine year major league veteran Scott Elarton.
