Bisons On Top of PawSox, 4-1 After 4 Innings

The Buffalo Bisons still lead the Pawtucket Red Sox, now 4-1, after 4 innings.

PawSox starter Kyle Snyder had a rough four inning stint, giving up two home runs. The second came in the top of the third, a solo shot off the bat of Josh Barfield. Snyder, on a strict pitch count, finished his day throwing 59 pitches, 36 for strikes. Dan Kolb is in for Pawtucket to start the fifth.

The PawSox scored their first run in the bottom of the third. Jonathan Van Every doubled and advanced to third on a single by Jeff Natale. After George Kottaras flied out to short left, Brandon Moss drove in Van Every with a sacrifice fly to left.
