The PawSox and Syracuse Chiefs are scoreless after two innings before a packed crowd tonight at McCoy.
PawSox starter Charlie Zink has been impressive through two innings. He has faced the minimum, giving up only one hit while striking out two. He has thrown 20 pitches, 13 for strikes.
Syracuse pitcher Scott Richmond has been equally impressive. He has retired the first six PawSox batters, also striking out two.
