The PawSox wrap-up their 9-game New York trip with the last of four games with the Syracuse Chiefs this afternoon (2:00pm) at Alliance Bank Stadium. Pawtucket is 3-5 so far on the trip and sends LHP Michael Tejera (1-2, 4.57) to the mound against LHP David Purcey (3-1, 1.64) for Syracuse.

Pawtucket Red Sox (16-14)
Tejera is making his sixth start of 2008. In his last start Tuesday in Rochester he did not earn a decision in the PawSox' 9-3 loss to the Red Wings. He pitched 5 1/3 innings giving up two runs on six hits.
It was reported on Sox Propects that OF Bryan Pritz was placed on the disable list to allow OF Sean Danielson to join the team.
Syracuse Chiefs (19-11)
In his last start Purcey was dominant, firing eight shutout innings, striking out nine and walking one in a win over Lehigh Valley.
IF Joe Inglett has a nine game hitting streak entering today's game.
Syracuse likes to play under the sun. They are 14-2 in day games so far this season.
