The PawSox have again gotten off to a fast start against the Buffalo Bisons, leading 2-0 after two innings at McCoy.
The PawSox' runs came off the bat of Chris Carter, who launched a deep two-run homer to right in the bottom of the first. It was Carter's 12th homer of the season and his second in two days.
The PawSox had the bases loaded with two out in the second, but could not score.
Davern Hansack has pitched well through two innings, giving up only one hit.
One side note...the PawSox are wearing their alternate red jerseys for this afternoon's contest.
